Hey girl! I'm Kaitlyn, I have internationally coached women from Iceland to Montana, USA and I am certified life coach and personal stylist. My purpose is to bring style and life together in a holistic way -- building you from the inside out. WHERE WE WILL BEGIN: We will start with the spiritual foundation then move to an emotional and then physical foundation: Spiritual > Emotional > Physical WHAT WILL BE COVERD IN SESSIONS: SPIRITUAL FOUNDATION * Developing a Relationship with Christ * Honoring Your Divine Identity as a Daughter of God * Leading with your Kind, Wise, Strong, and Compassionate self * Navigating Fears and Growing with the Grace Model * Confronting lies, overcoming negative narratives, and tackling limiting beliefs. and more EMOTIONAL FOUNDATION: * Learning to identify and properly label emotions. * Relinquishing shame and bringing light to the soul. * Continuing your healing journey with the Heal to Lead 8 Step Process * Developing and establishing boundaries. * Attain emotional resilience and build a framework of connection. and more PHYSICAL FOUNDATION: * Value your body as a gift and learn how to love it right where it is at. * Establish a good self-care rhythm that supports and contribute to your life. * Organization and systems that support your environment. * Tackling habits and pivoting to reach specific goals. * Confidently glow by understanding your body type, styling, and color-tones that support your personal beauty. and more! WHAT TO EXPECT: Sessions will be held online or in-person (if local). Each session will go through this rhythm: 1. Begin with a prayer 2. Review assignment from the week prior 3. Learn a new principle. 4. Answer any questions 5. Create an action assignment with that principle PAYMENT: Choose a billing package that is right for you. Below are three options. CONTRACT: Once you have decided to commit to coaching, there is a legal contract just to make sure that I get paid for the sessions you desire to take.
